The Annual Parish Meeting was held last night at Ripponden Community Centre. It was a well attended and enjoyable meeting, chaired by the Parish Council Chairman, Cllr Craig Johnson. The meeting provided local community groups with the opportunity to give verbal reports to residents of their activities during 2015-2016. Residents also received a review from the Chairman of the Parish Council’s activities and its objectives for the forthcoming year. The Meeting was pleased to also have a Police Officer from the Neighbourhood Policing Team in attendance, who presented the quarterly crime figures for the Parish and listened to resident concerns.
