1918 First World War Centenary Commemoration

The Parish Council is producing a commemoration booklet and would like to include local people and their stories in a special souvenir for local residents.

WE NEED YOU to share your family stories and history about the First World War. We want to remember the local heroes and also those who were lost. This is the chance to talk to the older members of your families to find out about your personal history and we hope that some of you will want to share the stories to show what happened to the parish during the war years and immediately afterwards.

Please come and work with us! If you are interested in contributing, please contact the Clerk on 01422 823245. alternatively e-mail clerk@rippondenparishcouncil.gov.uk by the end of February 2018.
