Melvyn and I attended a fantastic choral display by Rishworth School.  The service told the story of Christmas in 9 separate lessons read by pupils, teachers and clergy. These readings were interspersed with carols sung by the congregation, the school choir, a trio and soloists. They were unaccompanied as well as accompanied, by piano, organ and brass.  It was a very stirring event which evoke a real feeling of Christmas’s past. Well done to all pupils and teachers a thoroughly enjoyable event.
