Shaw & Crompton Parish Council Civic Dinner – 6th May 2017

My consort and I attended Shaw and Crompton civic reception and dinner dance at the Masonic Hall in Shaw.  We enjoyed superb 5 course dinner and guests were entertained by an excellent singer who had the room singing and dancing.

Dementia Friendly Ripponden Event – 6th May 2017

A Dementia Friendly Event is to be held on Saturday 6th May at St Bartholomew's Church, Ripponden from 11.00am to 2.30pm. Hebden Royd Town Council Civic Dinner – 1st April 2017

Melvyn and I enjoyed a wonderful evening of hospitality at Hebden Royd on Saturday 1st April.  We attended at the invitation of the Mayor Cllr Tony Hodgins and his Mayoress Hazel Scrivens. Ripponden Civic Ball – Saturday 11th March 2017

Over 130 people joined Melvyn and I at the annual Civic Ball.  The newly furbished The Venue was superb. The ambiance, layout and design made for a wonderful evening.
